We are collecting your personal information in accordance PPIP Act so that we can register your attendance and provide updates on the upcoming events. Generally, we will not disclose your personal information outside of DDA unless we are required to do so by law, or unless you have given us your consent to such disclosure.

I agree that by registering for DockDogs events, you acknowledge that your dog's participation is subject to a waiver that must be signed by you, the owner or handler, at the event prior to your dog's participation in any of the activities. The waiver will release DockDogs, its officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your dog's participation in the event. Please ensure that you arrive early to allow time for signing the waiver before your dog participates *
