All of our shampoos are meticulously blended using only natural ingredients.  The difference starts with our shampoo base.  Traditional soap is made from vegetable oil mixed with lye.  Lye is potassium hydroxide, commonly known as caustic soda.  A chemical reaction occurs, creating liquid soap.  This is the basis for human soaps, which work well as humans aren't covered in a dense coat of hair.  
 
Our shampoo is made by extracting natural coconut oils, which are then infused with coconut powders using a heat extrusion process.  This creates a beautiful shampoo that has a high Ph level matching your dog's skin.
 
Animal skin is different from human skin and is not only more sensitive, but also provides different functions for heat regulation and water protection. A dog's skin is thinner and regenerates faster. Traditional shampoo strips away the dirt and grime, but also the protective layer of oils, causing increased shedding and skin loss.  Put simply, using traditional soap can create more of a problem.
